Woodsy Home with Peaceful Surroundings & Pool Near Golf & Tennis

Home is dated- microwave did not work and we had an infant- it was necessary to have. We checked in on Saturday, didn’t get a replacement until Tuesday. The water kicks off in the shower; for no reason- Words don’t even describe my level of frustrationThere was hair all over the shower curtain in the jack-n-Jill bathroom. The tv in the bedroom we stayed in was the size of a large iPad- for what we paid I expected to be able to see the tv! I am very disappointed in my overall stay. The vent in the kitchen is filthy with dust and rust covering it- all where we prepare our food. Would request a partial refund, but figure it’s a waste of time.

Great location! Spacious outdoor space

The Casago team was great! The place we rented was in a great location, but out dated! The beds had uriane stains; the toliets handles need to be replaced; carpets had a lot of stains; the kitchen sink faucet is disfunctional; the oven worked sometimes but not other; no access to the garage and trash bins... had to go out the front door and all the way around the house to retrieve. So, many things could be addressed. The furniture was good, and the deck off the back is awesome. I would rent from Casago again, just not this house. Owners need to take care of the basics.
