The thermostats were difficult to understand how to use and there were two ac units one was broken and didn't work so our daughter's bedroom was cold but mine and my husband's was extremely hot, despite numerous complaints and requests we ended up staying and getting ready in 80° rooms for a family wedding that was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating and disappointing. The patios were filthy. You couldn't sit on the chairs they were so dirty and stained, the towels were few and hard like sandpaper. and there were no beach towels in the unit at all, even though it is a "beach" villa. I would not book here again. There were too many other competing and wonderful locations in the area to go through this again." (4/5)
