I will start with the good. Great location. Great location. Easy walk to beach. No elevator and 3rd floor if you bring your elderly mom it might be a problem. She was fine. What I wasn’t fine with, was that I arrived and told them the den fan was not working. Could they send maintenance. They said “Just take a an oscillating fan from the closet and basically make due”. We went and purchased a floor fan bc it was hot. I would say they did nothing no service man or maybe say we can knock a little off bc your unit is hot. I was just disappointed bc this was my daughters bday and we spent more time getting fans and make sure you bring your own chairs to beach. Those provided weren’t great and I’m not that hard to please. The beds were AMAZING AND so close to everything. I’d recommend it if the got better on taking care of issues or acting like they cared. Still the pool was good and all was fine. .

We had a great stay in Isle of Palms! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, which made the stay really comfortable.
