The Lake House at Seabrook gives guests access (for a fee) to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes, and a library. Dining and shopping at Freshfields Village are less than five miles away. This home is less than half a mile from St. Christopher Camp and Conference Center. Fine dining and local historical tours are a 24-mile drive away in downtown Charleston.

My daughter and I stayed at 716 Spinnaker for 4 nights. The stay was wonderful! The villa was clean and accommodating. The club amenities that were available were stellar! Beautiful pool and beach area. Definitely get the Seabrook Island amenities pass (separate app) and use it. We will definitely return!
My 2 young kids and I stayed for 4 nights here and it was SO lovely. The unit had plenty of space, all the kitchen necessities, washer and dryer, plus fun decor and board games. The location is great, it’s private and peaceful, with a short 5 or so minute walk to the beach. We spent a lot of time at the Lakehouse which was so kid friendly, not crowded at all with a shaded shallow section and playground nearby. Host was very responsive to any questions. Overall I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home near the ocean! Tips for other families: - bring beach towels and toys as they are not provided - boardwalk beach 9 (the nearest) is great for shell finding with calm water - boardwalk 1/2 beaches are very spacious with fluffy sand, also near to dolphin watching - we spent a colder cloudy day in Charleston at the aquarium, one of our favorite aquariums with so many interactive exhibits! -
Condo itself was very lovely. Be sure to sign up for the Seabrook Access pass prior to your trip. I missed this and wasted two days of our long weekend bc we didn’t have access to amenities on the property. Also do not expect a beach.
