There were a few issues. Specifically the combination lock did not work well, even after they changed the batteries. We were given access to a key so it was fine. The dishwasher did not work the entire time we were there. The communication with the management company was frustrating and slow. They didn’t answer the phone-the only way to reach them was by text and in our case, it required follow up texts. After being told the dishwasher needed a new motor towards the beginning of our stay, we had no further communication on whether to
expect the dishwasher to be repaired or
replaced.
Having said all that, the place was spotless, comfortable, and truly a beautiful place to stay." (10/5)
