Listing is almost dead on. Way more room if you utilize the space under house as well. Steps to water, access to clean off before going inside. Very cozy, nap inside or hammock under house. Deck being screened in is nice. Needs to be cleaned or renewed but that’s just maintenance over time. Suggested several repairs as I’m picky but they jumped right on it to schedule repairs. Definitely will revisit if it’s available again when we look. Hope you take a chance and enjoy it. Crabs at night are cool to find on the beach and watch. Lighthouse just down the road for a nice morning walk to spot dolphins.
Nice place on beautiful Folly Beach! Only minutes from downtown. We watched every sunrise from the screened in porch. The space is clean and very charming. Loved that we had private parking off street for up to 4 vehicles. Also, loved that we were not far away from historic Charleston. Would defenitely recomend!
My friends and I enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful stay at Back Home! We took sunrise walks on the beach, had coffee on the covered patio listening to the waves, and walked to Folly for our daytime adventures. We loved our stay and would book again!
