We had issues with the front door keypad lock working when we arrived but I was able to call and they helped me with an alternative for entry which was much appreciated as we had anxious kids after a long day of travel. We had hoped the keypad could be fixed during our stay so we didn’t have to keep track of a physical key the whole time, but to our knowledge, no one made it out to fix it. Aside from that, everything else was great, clean and comfortable!" (10/5)
