Spacious home with pool - walk to beach & golf

Our family enjoyed our stay in this nice, spacious home. It looks as advertised, and we appreciated the responsiveness of the host company. The porches were swept of the pollen before we arrived, and there was certainly plenty of porch space to enjoy. The residential area is absolutely beautiful and pretty secluded, so it's a drive to get most places. As noted in a previous review, the decor and furniture could use updating, mainly the couches that are stained and really sunken, everything else was plenty functional. Helpful info: You will pass 2 gate houses, with 2 lanes each time. You need to be in the left lane on both sides your first visit. You pick up your parking pass from the first gatehouse. The pool was nearby, the beach was about a 7-10min walk. You can hear the people at the pool if they're loud, and there will be lawnmowers on the golf course every weekday morning. Also, we did find golfballs in the front yard, so I recommend parking in the garage.

The house was nice, however most if not all furniture was dirty and stained. The beds were decent, could use some new mattresses for increased comfort. The pool was one of the reasons we booked this property, however it was green and ice cold and not usable which was a bummer for our child. The location was nice and private and had beautiful views of the golf course. The porches were great for listening to wildlife. The Beach was about a 10-15 minute walk, or 5 min bike ride. The Nest was about a 15-20min bike ride. Overall we had a great trip.

Beautiful island but no public facilities, ie tennis or pickleball courts. All facilities run by resort. Beach is close and beautiful but little else to do.
