Location was great, being across from the beach with a close access point. The upstairs living/dinning area was great for our large family to gather and eat together. It had plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone to use for each meal. The only major negative was that there were visible stains on the furniture and the chairs at the table had pealing material. We did have to wait for our door code for check in and didn't receive both codes for both floors. The host did respond fairly quickly and was very apologetic for the delays. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.
This is a nice place to stay with a larger group right close to the ocean .
Rented this house for a conference. 7 nurses total inside the house. The lock code did not work, when I tried to call or text, it took a good 20 minutes for host to respond with directions again on how to use the code to open the lock. I had already followed those directions, nothing. Another 20 minutes for a response. Delay made me 25 minutes late for my meeting. The upstairs is only accessible by walking outside on the side of the house. It was raining and the roof that covers the stairs was leaking. Friday after the conference we came home to water flooding in the hallway a musty smell throughout the downstairs, water was going into the bedrooms as well. Notified Host, poor communication with plan.. Staff went upstairs to sleep I stayed down, went to take shower and NO hot water, found the hot water heater tripped off turned it back on took shower went to bed, woke up to extensive flooding, messaged host and seemed to get worse from there evacuated this home at host direction.
