Second-level abode w/ ocean views, private balcony, shared pool

Location is outstanding, has walkable access to nearby restaurants and great beach views. The space is good for two guests, and the private balcony is a lovely spot to start the morning. The property was notably quiet in the evenings, and the well-lit parking area was a welcome safety feature. Areas for Improvement Master Bedroom Bed: The bed in the master bedroom sits unusually high, which may present a challenge for guests of shorter stature or those w/ limited mobility. (There are also 2 additional beds in the unit.) Headboard Noise: The bamboo headboard, while consistent with the décor, produces a noticeable rattling sound with any movement during the night. Quite disruptive. Check-In Time: The stated check-in time of 4:00 PM is standard; however, the property rules explicitly discourage any early arrival. Upon reaching the property at 3:45 PM, early access was not offered despite no visible cleaning activity at the time. A bit of flexibility in this policy would be appreciated.

A bit antiquated and needs upkeep as well as a deep cleaning. Excellent location and beautiful views.

We could not be happier with the location! A 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. From there, a 2-3 minute walk to Folly Pier, and plenty of restaurants. We were also able to walk to our Dolphin boat tour, and we were 20-30 minutes from historic downtown Charleston. The condo featured 3 full bathrooms. A kitchen stocked with kitchen essentials. You could definitely stop by a market and stock up for your visit. I’d have preferred a tv in the primary bedroom, but the ocean waves made up for it. Finding the elevator and correct stairs were a little confusing at first, but we ended up being just off the elevator and enjoyed the walk ability of the property.
