A spacious great room runs from the front to the back of the cottage and the elevation lets you enjoy the ocean breezes and the beautiful fairway views. This cottage has a large screened porch for swings and outdoor dining, a gas grill, an updated kitchen, hardwood floors, three flatscreen TVs, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and wireless internet so you can stay connected during your stay. An open-air outdoor shower is available (cold water only). It is within walking distance to all amenities, with fairway and wooded views.

This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Important Things to Know:
This property has full Seabrook Island Club Access. Once you pre-register for your Digital Amenity Pass (no charge), you will have access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as Golf, Racquet Sports, and Club Dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register.
Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.
Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.
