Location and size.
Everything was great here inside the actual house, clean, good amenities, comfortable beds, etc., and the neighborhood was nice. Four stars instead of five because for whatever reason, there was a trash dumpster and a port-a-potty in the driveway right where we parked. When we rolled up, we were greeted by a raccoon chowing down. I believe this is a temporary situation and not their fault, but also, they couldn't resolve it while we were there (three days) and their response was basically, "sorry about that!"
We wanted to be near enough to Charleston to visit but stay close to the beach so this location was ideal! We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and beautiful Isle of Palms. The place was also very comfortable and spacious with lots of amenities.
