The condo was very clean, and the host provided detailed instructions prior to arrival. The condo was also in a great location — close to the beach, easy parking, and many great restaurants nearby. The only unfortunate issue I ran into was with the door code. The code provided by the host was incorrect, and I was unable to access the property for a little under an hour. When I reached out to Casago through the Airbnb app, I received an automated response. When I called the provided phone number, I was placed on an automatic hold. Fortunately, after some time, we were able to communicate with the host, and they provided the code to a lockbox with a spare key. I also sent them a video showing the code was not working, and they said they would have it fixed for the next guest.
Condo was clean and host was very responsive to questions! Beautiful view and walking distance from restaurants. Would stay here again!
Place was very nice. Great location with amazing view. Had a trouble getting checked in- was given the wrong key code, and had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to be given the code to the lockbox. The airbnb could have been a bit cleaner… some random stains around the place and on the linens as well. Casago told me multiple times later checkout (2pm) for a fee was available, and the day before checkout that suddenly wasn’t available anymore. I could only be given 12pm even though I was willing to pay the fee, which again, was offered to me multiple times. The chat agent and lady on the phone were not really concerned with my issue and sort of just blew it off and ignored the point I was trying to make and what I was asking for. Extremely frustrating for me, as we had later flights. Don’t offer something multiple times if you cannot make it happen. Place was nice, but I would probably not rent from casago again.
