From the moment you step inside this light-filled condo in Summer House Villas, you'll be treated to wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the palms swaying in the breeze. Watch the waves roll in from the living room, the dining area, the kitchen, and the primary suite, and enjoy easy oceanfront access to the beach and a community swimming pool.
The beach and the pool are just a few steps away, allowing you to easily spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and taking long walks on the sand. Venture across the street for breakfast or lunch at the golf course pro shop, then hit a few balls on the driving range or play a round of golf. The heart of downtown Isle of Palms - with its many shops, cafes, and restaurants - is four miles west, and the world-famous restaurants of historic downtown Charleston (17 miles west) are an easy day trip away.

Great experience! We throughly enjoyed our stay. A small suggestion , it would be nice if the dishes in the kitchen were checked we found lot of dishes that needed to be rewashed . Rest everything was great ! We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful place. We will be back :)
We’ve stayed at 5 or 6 condos in Wild Dunes and this was by far the dingiest, most unkept condo. There was tape holding the bathroom door together. Molding that had broken away from the wall. The tv in the main bedroom was useless as it did not connect to the cable nor was it a smart tv so that we could log into our streaming services. Not to mention the fact that it was a double bed…in the main bedroom. Very disappointing. The instructions said there would be a 10 digit code that I assumed would open the door. No, it was a 4 digit code that I had to message them to get and it held a key that we ended up taking everywhere with us. Just so disappointing at the price point.
We enjoyed our stay. Easy to find and get in and out of. Clean! Our favorite part were gorgeous views!
