What truly sets Château Shem Creek apart is its private marshside outdoor living. Step onto the screened-in patio and take in the peaceful views of the marsh and creek, where coastal breezes and birdsong set the tone for slow mornings and unwinding evenings. Just a few steps down from the patio, a private backyard offers an added sense of seclusion. An uncommon feature that enhances the feeling of retreat while still being close to everything Mount Pleasant has to offer. Additional outdoor seating provides the perfect place to relax, read, or enjoy the natural beauty of the low country. The Village Creek community also offers an outdoor swimming pool and fitness center for guests.

The location is equally compelling. Just minutes away, Shem Creek is a hub for waterfront dining, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and sunset strolls along the boardwalk. Historic Charleston is an easy drive, offering world-class restaurants, historic homes, galleries, and seasonal festivals. Beach lovers will appreciate the close proximity to Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island, where wide beaches, coastal trails, and ocean breezes define the experience. Golf courses, fishing charters, boating, biking paths, and scenic nature trails round out the lifestyle, making this an ideal home base for outdoor adventure year-round.
