Just off this space, you'll find an open, well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances, counter seating for four, and a large dining table. Additional living areas can be found peppered throughout this home, including one just steps from the main living area with a TV, matching chaise sofas, and a desk and chair, while next to this room is a bonus room with a comfortable sofa bed.
Outside, enjoy the expansive view from your large covered and furnished deck, complete with a fantastic seating area and a table and chairs for alfresco dining. When you want to get out and explore, you're within walking distance of public beaches, in close proximity to five public golf courses, and near other facilities offering basketball, volleyball, and pay-to-play tennis courts.

We had a wonderful stay! Hope to visit again soon. Only thing to note is the other bedrooms outside of the primary bedroom are in the second wing of the house, which detached but connect through a short covered outdoor walkway just off the living. This makes for great privacy, but may be an issue if you have small children.
