Lovely second-floor villa w/ great location – walk to beach, golf & activities

It was a lovely little tropical getaway! The area was quiet, and felt very secluded despite being right next to other houses. The house also came with a surprisingly large amount of amenities and supplies. We stayed there for a week and didn’t have to get any toilet paper or anything like that. The only criticism I have is that the lighting in the living room/kitchen area is a little dark. The trees block some of the natural light and only two out of the four ceiling lights worked. Other than that, great stay, and we would happily stay again.

Clean and quiet place to stay and relax with my husband!

Can’t complain about the location — it’s about a 5-minute walk from the beach and a good deal for a beachside stay. The location definitely contributed to a great trip! The place itself initially felt cozy, and the living area was more spacious than pictured, although somewhat cluttered with furniture. Once we settled in, the age and wear became noticeable. We found a large rust-colored stain on a towel in the bathroom and a smaller stain on another. There were marks on the armchair, the bathroom sink drained poorly, and the living room TV didn’t work well, so we ended up watching on our laptop. I messaged the host immediately about the first stained towel. They responded very quickly, which I appreciated, but I was surprised there wasn’t an apology — only that they would look into it with their team and thank me for letting them know. Overall, given the price and great location, I’d still give the stay 4 stars, but it could use more attention to upkeep and cleanliness.
