Good location and A/C works great!!
Having come to Kiawah for 8 years, this was my worst experience. There’s a reason this condo is less expensive than others. The AC unit had a high, loud, constant sound that was very unnerving. When I reached out to Casago and asked for a different location, they said that they would send out a tech the next day and let me know if it was approved. A tech was sent- but nothing changed- it still sounded like an airplane taking off. Casago never checked back with me. The furnishings were old but comfortable. Mostly, I was disappointed with the customer service.
Villa was adequate and accommodating. We would stay here again.!
