Very clean. The mattress is older and should be replaced as it sinks in the middle- which is probably fine if only 1 person is in it, but with 2 people you both roll towards the middle. Wonderful that the beach is just a short walk away. Guest book states people had issues working the shower, but it's easy if you've encountered the type that needs you to pull down on the mouth of the faucet to cause the shower to come on.
The place was perfect for a weekend getaway!
Cute place. Loved the washer/dryer access. Comfortable living room area. We could read and visit.
