The place was exactly what we needed for our trip

The location is great. Easy access to downtown Charleston, plenty of shops and restaurants close by in Mt. Pleasant and easy access to beaches. The condo is a nice space. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are updated and comfortable. The living room sofa is close to unbearable. Very uncomfortable. You can feel the springs and frame of the sofa on your backside when you sit on it. The condo is well stocked in terms of appliances and cookware but nothing more. No spices, no beach towels, no beach chairs. When traveling across the country for a 7 day stay, these types of things are not something we will be traveling with. When I rate an airbnb property, I compare to a hotel room. I choose airbnb in hopes of having a home away from home. In this case we were provided with nothing more than what a hotel would provide. Stocking the place with things like salt and beach chairs would go a long way to making this place 4 or 5 stars instead of just an average stay.
