This gorgeous villa is located in the Windswept building, which is one of the most sought after complexes here on Kiawah Island! Take a peek at the beautiful ocean views that can be seen right from the balcony which has a full dining set where meals can be enjoyed. The home has a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation and a washer & dryer for any laundry needs you may have during your stay. Shared tennis courts can be found on-site as well as a playground for the kids!

Less than a mile away, you'll find a variety of dining options as well as some local attractions such as the Heron Park Nature Center. Beachwalker County Park's public beach is one you must visit and there you can use the on-site amenities, including grills, a seasonal snack bar, umbrellas, and more! It's located three miles west.

We enjoyed our three-night stay when we were in the area for a family wedding. The unit is as described and is clean and comfortable. The location is great with very easy, walkable access to the beach. The resort community is quiet and beautiful. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.
Good, clean, simple space. Could use some updating in terms of tv, mattress, and could benefit from higher curtains in master. Otherwise exactly as pictured.
This condo is in a wonderful location! Walk to The Sanctuary , The Nest and the Beach. It was very clean and for what we paid was a great. The carpet needs updating! The condo itself is a little worn around the edges but was nice. My only complaint was the key was not where it was supposed to be which caused some stress. Also there is a very high window in the bedroom that does not have any blinds or window treatment. It brought in alot of outside light. If you need to sleep in a dark room then you are out of luck.
