Fantastic location. Beach was great. Plenty of wildlife everywhere.
We booked our stay months in advance for May 5 to May 12. The next day we asked if we could extend one night until May 13 (when we were leaving charleston). They agreed and gave me the confirmation. Upon checking in, I noticed the check out date was May 12. When I wrote to them, their responses are either generated by a bot or AI or a person who truly does not care about customer service. I provided them the confirmation code, 4 screen shots of the conversation in the Airbnb chat and their first several responses were no responses... I finally had to ask do we have the one night extension and finally they came back and said no. When i highlighted that this was already confirmed, they blamed Airbnb booking and the house was already booked for the additional day. I then asked well, it was already confirmed so what and how are you going to assist us in finding a place to stay for the last day, which was ignored. I asked for them to help us find a place, ignored. HORRIBLE!!!
Lovely condo in quiet location. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Close to the beach and amenity pool. Pots and pans in the unit need replacing, so if you plan to cook bring your own from home. Lots of room and larger than we expected. We will definitely try to book again in the future.
