Upon arrival the floors were so dirty we had to leave our shoes on and clean them ourselves. The third bedroom does not have two twin beds. It has a twin and a trundle that are not comfortable. The king bed needs a new mattress. We all were fighting to sleep on the couch. Beds are horrid. The showers have tons of mold and need updated. Overall, the house is way out of date and needs many updates. Screen doors are broken leading outside and folding doors inside are busted. Even some furniture is not useable. We have rented places in Kiawah for many years and this is the first time we were disappointed.
The place was fantastic and just as described. It was a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was very peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.
Originally booked another location but an issue arose with it, so Casado switched me to this house. Location was great for what we needed and house was clean and well appointed.
