We had a wonderful week here. Condo was clean and spacious and we spent most of our time on the screen porch overlooking the marsh. We were so happy to be able to bring our dog. We plan to return.
Was very disappointed with our stay and the lack of service the host provided. This is in a gated community with strict rules. We were unable to get back into the community after we checked in and Casago took about 4 hours to clear the issues up. They refused to call me back during this process, I had to call them back every time and they always claimed to have sent me a text when they hadn't. They were very dismissive and finally when I asked for a manager to call me back multiple times, they never did. The house it self is nice however you pretty much do not have access to anything on the island except for the pool across the street, an outdoor pool near the gate, and the beach but only in very specific areas. Very little of this was clearly explained or described. It was not made known until a couple of days prior that there were not beach towels or chairs provided. Casago's lack of communication wasted half of my vacation and unfortunately soured it.
There was a slight hiccup with the plumbing that was rectified immediately which I appreciated. Would stay at one of their properties again.
