The location of the house was excellent with easy access to the beach. The large porch was great for grilling and hanging out in the evening. The fenced yard in the back is great for dogs 
The beds were nice and comfortable 

The house could use some updating as the dishwasher racks were breaking and the sink knob kept falling off. The chairs in the dining area were ripped and the garbage can lid was broken 

A little TLC would go a long way into improving the experience of the house as it had a great layout and ideal location.
