The location for this property is excellent. Walking distance to the beautiful IOP beach. While the property and some furniture could definitely use some attention, and the cleaning could be improved upon; it was manageable and with this great location we would stay here again.
We had a great Easter weekend with our family on IOP The location of the house was excellent with easy access to the beach. The large porch was great for grilling and hanging out in the evening. The fenced yard in the back is great for dogs The beds were nice and comfortable The house could use some updating as the dishwasher racks were breaking and the sink knob kept falling off. The chairs in the dining area were ripped and the garbage can lid was broken A little TLC would go a long way into improving the experience of the house as it had a great layout and ideal location. Thanks for sharing your house with my family.
The pictures are inaccurate. The house needs major maintenance such as the deck, windows, and house needs to be painted or power washed. The windows were yucky too! The pictures are not the upstairs unit.
