The villa is less than half-a-mile from the Beach Club and oceanfront pools. The Lake House at Seabrook offers access (for a fee) to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, and a library. The Club at Seabrook allows guest access to golf courses, the Racquet Club, the Equestrian Center, an oceanfront pool complex, and all dining options inside the security gate. Downtown Charleston, where you will enjoy shopping, fine dining, and local historic tours, is only 24 miles away.

Important Things to Know:
This property has full Seabrook Island Club Access.  Once you pre-register for your Digital Amenity Pass (no charge), you will have access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as Golf, Racquet Sports, and Club Dining which require additional payment.  When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register.  
Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.
Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free.  For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym.  Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.

The apartment is fully stocked with all amenities including full kitchen (full fridge, stove, oven, pots and pans,etc), Keurig, one king size bed and another king size pull out sofa. The bathrooms were also fully stocked with towels, tissues, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a closet with cleaning supplies just in case you make an unfortunate mess. There are two TVeith great wifi and. Able connection were you can watch Netflix, Prime, etc. There is a dining room that fits 6 and a patio for four with an umbrella to shelter from rain or too much sun. They even had card games such as Uno. The apartment is spacious and would be great for family vacation as well as a couples retreat. There is a shopping center with great restaurants and other stores about 10 minutes away. I got a great massage there. There is an amazing self pouring wine bar with great food. It’s about 50 minutes from Charleston so you also sight see this beautiful historical city. We saw a beautiful sunset every night we were there. We saw deer, dolphins and a variety of different birds. The price was reasonable and the landlords responded quickly with our concerns. Check in and check out went smoothly. I would absolutely recommends this place for families, friends and couples." (10/5)
