This charming home boasts the perfect location for a Folly Beach vacation, just across the street from the sparkling sands and less than a block away from all the shops, restaurants, and bars on Center Street. Stash your bags in one of three comfortable bedrooms, grab a cold beverage, and step onto your enclosed front porch to get your vacation started where you can enjoy views of the surf. Inside, you’ll find gleaming hardwood floors throughout, tasteful, beachy décor, and beautifully updated bathrooms. Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen including quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, and a new open floor plan. There is a small office area with a desk if someone needs privacy to get some work done.
Head out for a day at the beach – close enough to return for a mid-day nap or to refuel on snacks – and then head back out again. When you return in the evening, throw the day’s clothes in the convenient washer/dryer, and relax in the central AC while you stream your favorite shows. Upload the day’s pics to social media via the in-home Wi-Fi and call it a night, but not before, once again, enjoying the views from the enclosed porch.
There is a fenced rear yard with a picnic table and chairs available for guests - ideal for corn hole, frisbee or kid's play. There is also an outside shower to rinse off or shower after a day on the beach.

Great location and the team was very accommodating! Would recommend!
This was a cute, beachy home in a great location, BUT…..the listing is not clear at all in terms of property type. This is NOT an “entire home”, as there are 2 units within the home. One extremely concerning thing that we noticed was that both units have access to a common space, which is also where the front door to Unit A is located. There was no way to lock the front door to our unit, which was incredibly odd. Thankfully, we had nice people below us, but this could feel very unsafe. Additionally, the listing states 4 beds, including a pull out couch. DO NOT TAKE THIS COUCH BED INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN BOOKING. It was completely broken & the mattress itself was basically non existent - it felt like you were sleeping on two metal bars. Thankfully, an air mattress was included in the home that we were able to use. My last complaint is around the noise from the bar next-door. The first night we were kept up until 4 AM with blaring music. Location and house itself were great otherwise.
The unit itself was fine, but the listing is misleading and a safety concern. It says "Entire home" and shows up under Airbnb's entire home filter. It is not an entire home. The house is split into units booked separately to different groups of strangers. We found out when another group showed up our first night with a key to the same property. Think about that. If a group of women book what they think is a private home and have random strangers show up at night with a key. There's no disclosure and no screening. We got lucky the other group was great. Not everyone will be. When we raised the issue, the host offered $75 on a $2,558 stay. We tried calling both numbers they gave us and couldn't reach a real person. Robots and hold music. Getting anyone at this management company on the phone is nearly impossible. You are not getting an entire home. Strangers will have access with no warning. Strongly advise booking somewhere else.
