Easy to find and get in. Home was clean and as described. Local area was amazing and within a 20 min walk. Hammock in the back was super comfy.
We loved that we could easily walk to the beach so everyone could choose how long they stayed! ! Three full bathrooms was great for our family group. Traffic was easy to manage and only a little heavy during rush hour. Very quiet.
We were very disappointed with our stay. Several issues significantly affected our trip: no heat for two days with no instructions for the thermostat, a two-day delay in receiving the golf cart info and keys despite requesting access in advance, and the master bedroom TV not working until day five. We also had water leaking up through the floorboards, requiring extra cleanup and laundry. Maintenance arrived multiple times without notice and stayed for long periods, which was disruptive. The dryer did not work properly and needed several cycles, and communication was poor—the text line never responded, and early replies were automated. We contacted the host afterward, but the response was dismissive and placed blame on us, which did not reflect our experience. The master bed was comfortable, but overall the stay did not match the listing or the price. We would not book this property again.
