Outside, enjoy meals al fresco in the inviting dining area. Guests also have access to The Lake House at Seabrook (with paid admission), offering an indoor heated pool, fitness center, and library. Freshfields Village, shopping, and entertainment are less than five miles away, and the charm and history of downtown Charleston await just 24 miles from your door

Important Things to Know:
This property has full Seabrook Island Club Access.  Once you pre-register for your Digital Amenity Pass (no charge), you will have access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as Golf, Racquet Sports, and Club Dining which require additional payment.  When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register.  
Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.
Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free.  For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym.  Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.

- **Anonymous**: "The villa is nice, but it is farther to get to the beach than I anticipated. Also, the walk to the resort is about 8-9 minutes. The villa comes with free resort access, which is nice, but you have to jump through some hoops to get the amenity card—a digital QR code that physically lets you into the pools, cafes, etc. That has to be done directly with the resort, I discovered. The kitchen is weirdly full of every piece of glassware and plate sets imaginable, but there are none of the kitchen basics like salt or oil. No coffee, either, which is disclosed in the description. There are also a lot of bright exterior lights, including a motion detector light that seemed to randomly and frequently go on and off. Might not bother some people, but I had a hard time sleeping." The kitchen is well-equipped and wonderful!  The decor is updated and fresh.  We felt right at home!

The workout options in the clubhouse are GREAT!  Probably a dozen different cardio machine options, plus machines and a free weight room with all the things.

The master/king bed is upstairs, so the mid-day heat finds its way up there.  There's a note near the thermostat that says not to turn it down below 70.  If you're hot-natured and plan to take naps, you might need to bring a fan.

Also, the WONDERFUL workstation is a few steps away from the king bed.  If you need to send a few emails in the afternoon, no problem.  If you need to triage a SEV1 issue at 2 AM, your roommate might kill you.

If we're ever in Charleston again, we'll definitely try to stay here again!" (10/5)
