Pelican Bay is a great home base for beach days, as you can follow the nearby path to the beach, hang out by the neighborhood swimming pool, rock your worries away on the front porch, and sit down for an alfresco dinner on the screened porch out back.
This home is wonderfully located within steps of a path to the beach. Spend your days walking or riding bikes on miles of trails that wind throughout Wild Dunes, practicing your drive at the golf course, or shopping and dining in the Front Beach area of Isle of Palms. The local marina is two miles west, downtown Isle of Palms is two miles beyond, and the world-class restaurants of historic Charleston await just 17 miles west.

The unit was very nice..did notice a musty odor..found the air vent returns extremely dusty. Cleaned them and had to change.the filters that were dirty. Was a little surprised the porch had no truly comfortable furniture ..only several chairs set up like a doctors office waiting room. Would have enjoyed my coffee there if there were comfortable furnishings out there. Other than that..good place to stay.
The location was great. Short walk to the beach and pool. Nice view of the golf course from the back porch.
