There is plenty of room to have 10 guests like we did. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach which was great! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. I just wish there was a little more of the basics. There was limited toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products that I have grown accustom to at other Airbnbs. There also wasn't hand towels. But the actual house itself was perfect for our group.
This home has plenty of space and is in a great location. You can walk to the beach in less than five minutes and you can also walk to downtown IOP. But the home has not been updated and they do not provide even the basic amount of toiletries and supplies a house of that size would need. We got three rolls of toilet paper and three travel size bars of soap for our four-day stay with 10 women. I contacted the management team and asked for more supplies and they responded that they would handle it. But they never did. Very disappointing for a home at this price point.
The house was charming. Room for everyone in the group. A little far for our group to walk to the beach but Ubers were accommodating.
